The MySchoolBucks program allows you to prepay for school breakfast, lunch, and ala carte food items using your credit or debit card. It eliminates the need to write checks or search for cash to send with your child. However, you may still send cash or checks to school to pay for student breakfast and lunch.

Enrolling and funding an account is simple and completed online. Once your account is established, you can fund your students’ account, check balances, and view student purchases. Your credit card transactions flow directly from the MySchoolBucks website to the serving line in the cafeteria. You can even set up recurring payments to ensure that your child always has money on his or her account. Never again will your child have to worry about losing their lunch money.

How do you do it?

To access the service, go to www.myschoolbucks.com and log in using the email address and password.  If you are new to the program, you can create an account at www.myschoolbucks.com and follow the prompts. You will need to create an account for each of your children in the district. To do this you have to know their school ID number. This number can be obtained by calling your child’s school secretary or the Fredonia Cafeteria Manager.  To create an account for your child, you will also need his or her birth date.

After you have created an account, you can immediately make prepayments using your credit or debit card. To add money to a child’s account, simply click the “Fund” button, select the amount you would like to add, and confirm the transaction.  Prepayments will appear in your child’s account the next regular school day. Their account balances and items purchased are updated daily, so stop back anytime you need to know your child’s balance.

MySchoolBucks also has a smartphone app available from the AppStore or Google Play.

There is a fee per transaction that will be charged to your credit or debit card to use this service.
