The Board of Education will hold a special Budget Hearing on June 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the High School Library. The regular meeting will begin immediately following the end of the Budget Hearing.
As a result of the failed budget vote on May 20th, the district will hold a revote on Tuesday, June 17th.
To meet the state-mandated timeline requirements, FCSD must hold an additional Board of Education meeting prior to our regularly scheduled meeting on June 3rd. The only date available that allows for a quorum, or majority, of our Board of Education members to meet is this Friday, May 30th, at 6 PM in the High School Library.
The purpose of this meeting is to present and adopt a revised budget for the revote on June 17, 2025. Please note that additional communications and details will be forthcoming.
