Dear Parents Guardians of Students in Grades 7-12, 

As the Athletic Director, I am pleased to welcome you to the Spring Sports season for the 2024 school year.  The purpose of this letter is to communicate essential information with the parents/guardians of all student athletes going into grades 7 through 12.  If your son/daughter is interested in signing up for a Spring sport, please read the information below. 

The Sports we plan to offer this Spring include: 

Varsity Baseball- starts 3/11/24

JV Baseball- starts 3/11/24

Modified Baseball- starts 4/9/24

Varsity Softball- starts 3/11/24

JV Softball- starts 3/11/24

Modified Softball- starts 4/9/24

Varsity Girls and Boys Track and Field- starts 3/11/24

Modified Boys and Girls Track and Field- starts 4/9/24

Varsity Girls and Boys Golf- starts 3/11/24

Varsity Boys Tennis- starts 3/11/24

Varsity Unified Basketball- starts 3/11/24

Varsity Girls Flag Football - starts 3/11/24

You must complete the following by 3/8/24 in order for your son/daughter to be eligible by the start of practices on 3/11 (Varsity Sports) 4/9 (Modified Sports): 

1. Family ID Registration Form- Register your son/daughter using the online program- Family ID. Information is below.

Please use the parent email address to create or update your account in Family ID. This is the email address a lot of coaches use for communication. A student should not be registering themselves using their email address. 

Please be sure to fill out the entire form or you will get a message that will not let you submit the form.  It can be difficult to complete the form on a cell phone, so a computer is recommended. 

2. Physical- Must have a current physical on file with the nurses office. The physical must have been done after 11/13/22 in order to be current. When you register online if your physical is not current you will be notified. 

3. Concussion Baseline test-If you are choosing Basketball, Wrestling, Indoor Track you must have a current baseline concussion test completed. This test is good for 2 years. You will be notified if you need to take this test. Please email me with any questions on this. 

Thank you for your time in regards to these matters. The sooner you complete the online form the sooner we can check if a current physical and concussion test are needed.  I wish your child the very best of educational and athletic experiences during the 2023-2024 school year.
