Asbestos Notice
In accordance with EPA and A.H.E.R.A. regulations, all facilities in the Fredonia Central School District have been re-inspected for asbestos containing building material.

Annual School Fire Inspection Reports Available
New York State Education Law 807-A requires that school facility fire inspections be conducted annually. The Fredonia Central School District has conducted the annual Fire Safety Inspection for all its buildings. Copies of these reports can be obtained by contacting Randy Penharlow at rpenharlow@fcsd.wnyric.org, or by calling the FCSD District Office at 679-1581 ext. 2701.

Notice to Parents Regarding APPR Scores Disclosure
In accordance with the New York Education Law Section 3012-c(10), parents and legal guardians may request the final quality rating and composite effectiveness score for each of the teachers and for the principal of the school building in which your student(s) is assigned for the current school year.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), parents and students over 18 years of age must be notified of their rights to inspect and review their child’s education records or to request the amendment of records believed to be in accurate or misleading.
