The Fredonia Central School District has adopted Integrated Pest Management (IPM) as an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management. IPM utilizes common sense practices to control pests by taking advantage of various pest management options including the judicious use of pesticides.
From September 1, 2008, through June 20, 2009, there were no pesticides used at any of the District's facilities.
If you have any questions about the IPM program or pesticide use at Fredonia Central School, please contact Mr. Joe Seminatore, Head of Buildings/Grounds, at 679-1581 ext. 2724.
School district must keep a list of individuals wishing to be notified at least 48 hours in advance of pesticide use within the facilities in which they work or have a child attending classes. If you wish to have your name placed on the 48-hour pesticide notification list, please contact Mr. Seminatore.
