WINSNAP Cards:
All Students are issued a WINSNAP card and debit account. Students are required to use their cards to purchase breakfast, lunch and/or other items in the school cafeteria. Spare cards are available in the FMS office for students who forget or misplace their WINSNAP cards. Additional paper cards may be purchased in the office for the cost of one dollar. Students who constantly forget or lose their cards may be assigned lunch detention as a consequence. Both cash and checks are accpeted as payment for WINSNAP accounts. Payments may be made at the register or sent to the FCSD cafeteria at any time. Parents are reminded when paying by check to write their child's name in the memorandum portion of the check. Students are informed of the balance on their WINSNAP accounts each time they pass through the register and may not carry a negative balance of more than $5. Students whose balance drops below negative $5 on their WINSNAP accounts may be refused a lunch if their negative balance becomes problematic. Nutritious snacks are available in the FMS office for students who do not have funds for lunch.
