Thank you for your interest regarding a possible opening at the Fredonia Central School District. Fredonia is proud of its academic programs and extracurricular activities, and it is always an honor to receive inquiries from people who wish to contribute to our overall culture of excellence. Therefore, anytime Fredonia receives an inquiry, the District appreciates the desire of a certified professional to work with and for our students.

Currently, we have openings only for substitute positions in all areas, including food service, teacher aide and certified teachers. .

The District does not keep unsolicited applications on file for future references. In a recent evaluation it was determined that the District has always hired from the pool of candidates who applied at the time of the public posting and that previous application credentials were of little value to the District in the hiring process. Therefore, previous application credentials are no longer kept on file.

If you are interested in a teaching job at Fredonia, we post all positions in the Dunkirk Observer, the Jamestown Post Journal, and the Buffalo News over a three-day period. Please consult one of these publications for job openings within our District. When an opening within your area of interest is posted, Fredonia would be honored to accept your application and credentials at that time. Applications can be downloaded below.
